When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and shipped the following day. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales periods.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends heavily on the product and is usually 2-5 working days . Due to the currently increased demand for our products, we ask for your understanding that individual products may have a delivery time of 2-7 working days. The delivery time begins as soon as you have received a shipping confirmation. We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, just contact us at info@mypetslife.de with your request and your order number.

Can I return an item?

Of course. If you would like to return an item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do this, simply send us cancellation instructions to our email info@mypetslife.de. We will then inform you of the corresponding return address.
